TRAINING
I am a board certified family physician who specializes in cosmetic dermatology, physical medicine, and anti-aging. I also hold a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, and have worked as a personal trainer and coach for over 20 years. When I began competing in the Bikini Division of the NPC, it allowed me to send a message to people that just because you are getting older, you do not have to give up! I especially love training the over-40 crowd and women who have had children or who have lost self-confidence.
